  • The Prophecy

This poem is taken from my book (WIP) Love and Madness Under Moonlight. Two of the main characters, James and Xavier, are discussing various texts that they have found in an underground library.

When King Love was sad with a frown,

Prince Pain came to turn it upside down.

King Love then left for a nearby town,

And Prince Pain wore the royal crown.

But someday the King will return for the throne,

As the Prince’s power is only a cheap loan.

In darkness shines an unstoppable light,

But to understand this, one must put up a fight.

The Kingdom and fight is within but it is also without,

The journey will be riddled with questions and doubt.

At the top of the mountain, it will all make sense,

For the Prince put up a very high and strong fence.

Pain and fear will undoubtedly be muddled into one,

Mixed in with hate and anger doubles the hero’s fun.

Life is a flowing song, but can you hear all the mysterious notes?

Or have we all abandoned the song on the Prince’s escape boats?

  • Us, the Disciples of Hate

To all the fiery and passionate disciples of hate,

Following your powerful shepherd of fire,

    Feeling ever pressing emotional weight,

Finding more evidence to add to your pyre,

If only us disciples learned how to wait,

Knowing that the passion may expire,

But perhaps the only cure to this state,

Is to fall tragically over our own tripwire,

Whether of yourself or an entire estate,

    Someday you may secretly conspire,

For all that hate to completely dissipate.

For I think it is only those who have really hated,

That understand the goodness love has created.

We can see the difference between the two dimensions

The difference between Heaven and Hell’s extensions.

  • Subjective & Objective

    The rules I’ve found.
    The ridiculous reality.

    Subjective objectivity.
    Objective subjectivity.

    Love is the law.
    But what is that?

    One can only know.
    What one knows.

    Honesty is the policy.
    But more than words.

    Live your truth.
    The only truth.

    It will fit the puzzle.
    Do you trust that?

    The fun of the journey.
    Is the misunderstanding.

I hope to be wrong again.
    And again and again.

Even if one is always right.
    Right in my wrongness.

    Right about what?
    Who knows, who cares…

    Go now in peace.
    Go now in peace.

  • Do you know the monster within?

You say you don’t believe in necromancers and ghosts,

Only silly pieces of imagination of a childish mind.

But there are dragons which make terrible spirit hosts!

Here are some words for the mystery to unwind.

Have you heard whispers that sound like despair?

Have you felt the dragon’s breath from its lair?

The monster within makes everything violent…

The monster within says that you are doomed…

The monster within really hates to be silent…

The monster within is by vanity completely consumed…

The monster within comes in many shapes and forms…

The monster within is the cause of mental storms…

Is it possible to be free from the monster within?

A day may come when a bigger fish is called-in.
